  I wanted to support the local Kawasaki dealer especially since I've been driving by their store for a decade. However, interaction after interaction has left me with the opinion that I'm better off going somewhere else. I ended up buying my bike somewhere else after being told that if I wanted to test ride I should just wait a few weeks until a demo day. Whether in sales or service the staff have a tendency not to even acknowledge your presence preferring to talk to each other over providing customer service.
