  Great place to live no matter what age. Young and older enjoy many amenities. It's like living in a resort with all the feel of home and the extras you find staying at a four star hotel.

  My experience was horrible. The Apartments on the side I reside was infested with Rats. I lived there only 3 months as the staff was unable to find where the rats were coming in at. I was let out of my Lease only to have a months rent sent to collection. The rats had damaged a lot of my clothing, shoes and purses. I sent photos of all the damage that the rats had done to the Management and received no response or apology for the living conditions that I had to suffer. The staff was sympathetic with the problem, but did nothing to rectify my situation. I did receive a collection notice for a month's rent. I will never recommend this complex for renting and I will post and warn everyone that I know to beware of the rats.

  I really like it here, very quite. The staff is OUTSTANDING. The office staff is very professional, good knowledge of area and quick to respond to any apartment issues. The maintenance team is equally impressive, responding quickly to not only maintenance issues but making sure the sidewalks and stairs are sholved and salted. The grounds are clean, very family and dog friendly. The clubhouse is always in good order, love the movie room. Never had any issues in the computer room either. Plenty of parking even if you don't get a covered spot or garage. Nice pool and fitness area both are kept neat and clean.
