  Worst experience ever at a closing. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The entire vibe from beginning to end was just stuffy, silent and miserable. Why does it matter where everyone sits at a table to buy a new house? I didn't know there was assigned seating. The employee we dealt with was way too serious and not friendly whatsoever. I also did not appreciate the fact that the buyers and owners were doing their closing at the same time. It just felt ackward, unprofessional and in my opinion encroached on our privacy. This did not make buying a new home an exciting experience at all! I have now dealt with 3 title companies. The other 2 were very pleasant, friendly, and laid back.
