Waited an hour for “fresh crab cakes” for my crab cake benedict because they ran out. By the time they came out it tasted like they ran to Sam’s and bought some frozen ones and attempted to heat them up. They were dry and flavorless. I’ve had this dish several dozen times over the years of dining here and this was the worst I’ve ever had. The server obviously felt bad, but the manager never came out to say anything. I work as a server myself and I know making the customer happy is a huge goal, and if you can’t make them happy, try your best to fix it. Sad to say I’ll never be back here ever again which is a bummer. Too many misses on customer service in the last couple visits. Management needs to be reassessed badly.
