  Dr Jones has been my primary care provider for 3-4 years now, and she is professional, caring, and thorough. She is friendly, but doesn't waste time simply visiting and conversing whereby we run out of time. When I need a referral, Dr Jones and the staff at the practice take care of it quickly and efficiently. I respect Dr Jones and I like her... I feel like I'm in good hands medically.

  Went to her as a new patient. Sent me for blood work so went across the hall for labs. She wouldn't give me multiple refills so would be without on a Friday. Office was slow faxing orders to pharmacy. Played this game all year and vouce my feelings. Went in for allergy problems and she gets snotty because I voiced my feeling over not getting my refills. She said you haven't had a complete blood panel let's do one . I said I had one on my first visit but at that time she told me to back on baby aspirin and I did, but didn't put it in my chart. Got a new doctor who on my first visit spent 45 minutes with me.

  My fiancee was is a bad accident and she needed to have surgery. So we call her Doctors office, Dr. Jones, and they are looking for someone to perform this rare procedure needed. That was a whole issue. Finally just found someone ourselves. A month later she sets up an ER follow up seeing that the Doctors office never called to set one up. The appointment was set up for Thursday. So I take a half day from work to drive her to the appointment and when we get there the lady at the window can not find her appointment. We tell her we have a call from the office on Saturday for the reminder. The lady then states that the appointment was on Tuesday seeing that it calls to remind you 2 day in advance. Well if it called on Saturday, 2 days would be Monday. So she acts like she is trying to help us then states Dr. Jones wasn't there. Then a nurse say "let me see if doctor Jones can work her in?" SO THE LADY AT THE WINDOW LIED TO US!!!! Needless to say she couldn't work her in. We are now going to a new, better, doctor. One with a caring staff.
