  Recent 40k service following a very favorable 30k service.
  
  Difference this time around was certain very noticeable costs added to the tune of $400+ (after a supposed discount).
  
  Was recommended that I have a transmission fluid flush as an add on, although we discussed that at the present mileage it could be delayed a bit longer unless noticeable sluggish shifting was noticed.
  
  New tires were recommended (again, current tires still had tread left, but in a few months they would be at a more critical tread level and there was a ‘buy three, get one free tire sale’ ending soon); a 5 minute search on my phone revealed multiple tire retailers with the same recommended tires for about $70-$90 each cheaper than the dealer quote.
  
  My rental was wonderful as well and very fairly priced as before...although a comp would’ve been nicer for what I paid for an oil and filter change today.
  
  Thanks to the service team...likely going to shop around in the future based on today, if still in the area.

  I have had my car for 5 years. The service team at Auffenberg has always been courteous, prompt, transparent with expected pricing and accurate; knowledgeable and eager to share technical info about my car with me, etc. In short they're good. Passionate about cars and about service.
