  This is a TERRIBLE property mangement company!! Our front door lock was broken for over 3 months, and they never even bothered to fix it. Even though I followed up with them multiple times. It stated in our lease we were not allowed to change the lock, so we are still left with a broken front door lock! We have bees swarming in our house - so we called Progressive Property. They told us we could only use the extermiantor that they did business with, or we would have to pay it ourselves. If we used theirs, we would have to wait 3 days!! And we have a two year old!! They did decide to refund our money, but took their dandy old time and we finally received our refund a month later!! They are more concerned with getting their rent check than with our satisfaction in the house. We will NEVER be renting nor purchasing from them again!! And we will be sure to NOT recommend them to anyone!
