  Ordered buffalo wings, got plain wings without sauce. Had to drive to the store for a replacement because out of five times calling them they only answered once, only to put me on hold for over 15 minutes. Last time I ordered from them the cheese breadsticks were also severely overcooked and burnt... Go somewhere else!

  I've always had great service when dealing with this particular pizza hut! The drivers are always friendly, and it is relatively quick. I did, however, wait for over an hour for a pizza the other night and drunkely tweeted them about it (oops lol) it really wasn't that big of a deal to me, the order was still hot and perfect. I got an email the next day from the customer service department, and they sent me a coupon for a free large pizza! They were very on top of the situation, and I just love them even more now.
