Went to your O Fallon Illinois location on April 9, 2018, for treatment for a severe case of hives. We arrived right when you opened, and was told by the front desk that the medical staff had not shown up, and they had no idea when, or even if they would show up. After about 20 minutes, she said that in fact no one was going to show anytime soon, but we can all go to the Swansea location. She was kind, and kind of embarrassed, I think. Not her fault at all. Well, by that time, about 8 other patients had shown up, so everyone made a mad dash to the door to go to the other location. We decided to just go to St. Elizabeth's Urgent Care on Greenmount road, and were seen right away. Next time I will just go there again.
