Instantly welcomed into the community on my first drop in and loved the partner workout. The coaches do a great job warming people up, explaining and coaching the movements, and being active motivators during the workout. I was invited back by at least 8 people before I got in my car to leave!

Come in with a smile and ready to work hard and you'll be rewarded with an awesome dose of fitness and camaraderie

While the members there are wonderful- welcoming, friendly, and supportive, the remaining part of this gym leaves much to be desired.Though this gym cost the same as other crossfit gyms in the area, the equipment is sub-par. A good portion of the weight plates are cracked and the wall balls leak sand into your eyes. Amanda is a great trainer, but the owners/trainers allowed a lot of improper form that they didn't correct (the whole purpose of having a trainer), and the wod's lacked variety. Lastly, I gave a one week notice that I was ending my membership- intentionally because I thought I might be treated differently by the owners. Money was still deducted from my account. I had to call twice before I was told that I had to give a 30 day notice. Not only was I not told this when I originally gave my notice to the owner, I know others that didn't give 30 days, but weren't penalized. The owner refused to return my money. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
